Bright Orange Light Over Long Point Ontario

Date: July 14, 2010
Time: Approx: 11:00 - 11:30 p.m.

Good afternoon Brian, My family and I were also camping at Long Point that same night. I didn’t witness the entire sighting, but I was there to see the end of it. All that I saw as an orange object in the sky that moved very slowly, then just stayed still for about 2 minutes, then just disappeared. I actually thought that it was just a meteor that burnt out.
Both my sister and sister-in-law witnessed the entire sighting.

Their account of the sighting was, they saw this bright orange light in the sky floating ever so slowing and it looked like it had a long burning tail on it. It came around the tree line of the camp grounds and then just stopped. After a little while it started to move again, this is where I came upon them on our campsite all freaked out and wondering what the heck they were witnessing.

We decided to go down to the beach, flashlights in hand and try to see if we could see it again from a better angle, but there was nothing there, it just vanished. We then proceeded to walk back to our campsite and we had asked a few other campers if they had just seen what we had seen and they said yes, so the person that sent you this letter is not crazy, most of the campers that we had talked to had indeed seen something, but could not really explain it or had no explanation themselves.

Furthermore, my dad and I were sitting at the camp fire just a few nights before this sighting and we also witnessed something strange, there was a bright white light in the sky (with no flashing lights, so we knew it wasn’t a plane), and my dad had asked me if the light seemed to be zigzagging around, so I watched very intently and it was indeed zigzagging throughout the sky, it was not going in a straight line.

Circle Of Bright Orange Light Over Ontario Canada

Date: July 16, 2010
Time: 10:15 - 10:30 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Ontario Canada.
Number of witnesses: 6
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Circle.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Me, my father and step mom where sitting out letting our camp fire die out. They where putting my little brother to bed and I was looking up at the sky at the stars. I seen a shooting star a few times before seeing this object.

It was a giant orange circle in the sky, no noise, it moved in one direction to turn it moved in angles, not circular like a plane and it was in like a jerking movement. This is nothing like I ever saw before. I thought it was a fire work or something, but the light didn't flicker and didn't die out.

There was no noise and I didn't see a light fly to the sky, but before that my father and step mom came out and I pointed it out and the other people across from us camping seen it as well. My dad told me that it's been a long time, but he seen the exact same thing 20 years ago in the same area a few miles away.

Orange Ball Of Fire Over North Bay Ontario

Date: July 17, 2010
Time: Approx: 9:15 p.m.

Hey Brian, I was actually looking for anything containing any sightings like the one me and 2 friends encountered last night here in North Bay Ontario. It looked like an orange light or ball of fire moving across the sky over my house. It wasn’t moving very fast, but at a steady pace.

It was really weird there was no sound like and airplane would make, but seemed close enough that if it was a plane or helicopter it would have definitely made some sound. This all happened around 9:15pm and it wasn’t totally dark outside yet.

There was a very little bit of day light and the light we seen was amazingly bright. Anyways I seen your site and thought I let you know considering a couple in Moonbeam which is fairly close to North Bay seen something similar.

UFOs Come To A Complete Stop Over Richmond Hill Ontario

Date: July 17, 2010
Time: 2:25 a.m.

Hi, I'm located at Richmond Hill, Ontario.

2:25am - I was with my girlfriend looking up into the stars in my car. It was quite dark, since we parked at en empty parking lot. I see two faint stars closing into one another. I first thought they're planes so didn't think much, but I kept looking. All of a sudden these two star-like things comes to a complete stop, pauses for one second, and moves out of each other's way.

One slows to a stop and it completely looks like a star, and then other one just keeps on flying away. I freaked out and asked my girlfriend if she saw what I saw. Unfortunately she was looking at me and didn't see them stop and move away from each other.

Bright Red/Orange Ball Of Fire Over Moonbeam Ontario

Date: July 3, 2010
Time: Approx: 10:30 p.m.

My husband and I who have a cabin in Moonbeam, Ontario were sitting outside on our swing about 10:30 pm when suddenly we saw a bright red/orange ball of fire that seemed like it had movement inside like fire I guess. It was steadily moving across the sky over the water. My husband saw it first and said "what is that?" I said it must be a firework or something. But then it was clear to tell that it was no firework.

It was like a ball of fire moving across the sky. So I Googled it the next day and found your website. Anyway, just thought we should report it after we read the other stories. Thank you !

The date was Saturday, July 3rd. It was such a strange experience really, we both kind of sat there in awe of it really. I didn't even think of running for my camera, because I couldn't keep my eyes off it !
What is weird is, that Moonbeam is known for UFO sightings years ago. They made it their town icon.

UFO Hovers Over The Water At Ottawa Valley Golden Lake Ontario

Date: July 9, 2010
Time: Approx: 10:30 -11:00 p.m.

Dear Brian, on July 9th 2010 I was vacationing at our trailer in the Ottawa Valley ; Golden Lake to be precise .Being so hot and humid , my sister, and a very close friend and I decided to go for a swim at approximately 10:30 -11:00pm.

When we got down to the lake I told the girls that I saw a strange orange star with a white beam directed onto the lake, but upon entering the water, we all 3 noticed that this so called star was very, very low over the water and did not twinkle like stars or even a planet for that matter.

We were well aware of the satellite that was supposed to be visible to the naked eye, but again this was far too low and just above the tree lines. It was orange, almost a reddish ball, but it seemed to turn very slowly and almost change it's shape.

At one point looked almost triangular. There was no noise like a plane or a helicopter so we ruled out anything from the Petawawa Base. It moved very slowly to the east and then slowly to the west and right back to the same spot over the water and again we could see the white beam on the water.

My Sister and (name removed) started to get scared, so they quickly made their way back to shore, but I waited a bit longer to watch. When it started to hover east and west again I decided to follow suit. Upon reaching our trailers, we all looked back only to see it completely disappear into thin air and in about 4 seconds it returned to a brighter triangle shape in the exact same spot.

We all told the exact same story to our husbands and waited to see if anyone else in camp had seen what we saw. No one mentioned it other than someone in town said he heard of a similar sighting in nearby Pembroke a night or 2 later.

I know what we saw, a UFO maybe! But we 3 saw it first hand and it was no plane or helicopter.

UFOs Darting Around The Sky Over Komoka Ontario

Date: July 17, 2010
Time: From 11:20 p.m. until 12:30 a.m.

Hi Brian, tonight 6 or more 'stars' were seen in the same part of the western sky moving from south to west and back again by my husband and myself. We observed this, now regular, display from 11:20 PM until 12:30AM.

There seemed to be 1 'star' brighter than the rest, and this one flickered red, blue, orange and at times it looked greenish around the edges (through the binoculars) A lot of zipping, dimming and bursts of colour with increased intensity as these objects darted back and forth across the sky. Not a sound. Not a plane in the sky. I can't believe that we were the only ones in the area observing this.

Once again, thank you for your time. Do you have any idea what might be going on?
