Witnesses Stopped Vehicles To Watch UFO Float Around In The Sky Over Smithers British Columbia

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Re-posted by Brian.

Date: 2001
Time: Approx: 12:00 a.m.

I will start when I first noticed a UFO, way back in 2001.

It was the Summer time and I was coming home from my grandmother's house on Slack road in Smithers, B.C.. I noticed the bright white light in the sky immediately after departing my grandmothers house, and assumed that it was a large star or satellite.

When I got to the bottom of the hill, I realized that light was very bright and close, so I slowed down. By the time I reached highway 16, I was by the golf course and I had pulled over behind a truck who was also watching this thing.

I can describe why I ruled a plane flying by. I called the airport to find out if an medevac or any flights were due to arrive, and there weren't any.

The couple that was standing on the hill with me, thought that maybe it was a meteor, but it just floated in one spot. It was very close. I went home and told my husband, he laughed and said that I needed some sleep. It was almost midnight.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

If people have seen unusual lights or strange craft in the sky over British Columbia, Canada, please drop me a line and I will get your sighting report to a group for investigation. (Email: sighting@telus.net)

Strange Lights/UFOs Maneuvering Over The Woodmere Tree Nursery At Telkwa British Columbia

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Re-posted by Brian.

May 4, 2004
Time: 11:30 p.m.

The night of the orange moon, I saw some strange lights happening above the trees near our home. It was 11:30 p.m. when they appeared.

It was scary because they went all over above the tree nursery and left. I am not sure if these are UFOs or not, but I can't describe what else they could be.

I hope that you could give some insight into what these things could be, if they are not UFOs. Thank you for you attention.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

UFO Or Meteor Strikes The Ground Rattling Mobile Home In Telkwa British Columbia

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Re-posted by Brian.

Date: May 8, 2004
Time: Approx: 11:20 -11:30 p.m.

On May 8, 2004 I can remember it clearly because it is my brother's birthday. I seen a bright light suddenly appear through my window. This light seemed a distance away from me.

I thought that it was a flare or something, but I felt some impact on my trailer when it touched the ground. Initially, I thought that this UFO may have crashed, but the next day, we couldn’t see any sign of a UFO crashing.

This happened in Telkwa, British Columbia Canada at about 11:20-11:30 p.m..

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Unexplained Lights On The Ground Outside Of Houston British Columbia

(From Brian Vike’s UFO Files) Re-posted by Brian.

Date: Winter of 1998
Time: 3:00 a.m.

I was in our local store the other day when a fellow had seen the logo on my winter coat and asked did I belong to HBCC UFO Research. I told him I was it, (the one looking after HBCC UFO).

He started to tell me about a strange sighting he had back in 1998 when hauling logs out of the Morice Lake area which is approximately 80 kilometers southwest from Houston, B.C. I asked him if he could call me when the man found a little time. He did indeed call a couple of days later and told me what he saw that early winter morning.

The witness was driving along the Morice West Road and just came over the top of a hill. Looking straight ahead of him he saw what he described as aircraft landing lights which were sitting on the ground. The lights were extremely bright and white. There was no flashing nor did the light move. Whatever it was, it was not moving.

He also said there was no one logging in that area at that time. He also told me that a road which did lead into the area was blocked by a huge bank of snow and the road itself was covered with approximately four feet of snow.

The driver said he was really curious to know what he'd seen. The logger would have liked to have stopped but seeing the roads were icy and extremely slippery, a 70 ton load, plus other logging trucks coming behind him a kilometer away he thought it best to just keep going.

The witness got on his radio and asked the drivers behind him if anyone was doing any forestry work where he saw the light. Everyone called back telling him there was nothing in the area. (It would be doubtful that it would have been a helicopter at that time of the morning).

Also I asked if it could have been a snowmobile and he told me no. There were no signs of anyone going in along the snow covered road and that was the only access to the area where the light was. He told me all areas around where the light was sitting was dense forest.

As some of the truck operators drove up over the hill they too were able to see the light and found it very unusual.
It was a clear cold night and the northern lights were dancing across the sky.

I mentioned to him that the Huckleberry Mine was having a lot of sightings around it. He said he had also heard of a number of reports coming out of the area from the workers.

If people have seen unusual lights or strange craft in the sky over British Columbia, Canada, please drop me a line and I will get your sighting report to a group for investigation. (Email: sighting@telus.net)

File Your British Columbia And Yukon UFO Sightings To UFO*BC

Since I, Brian Vike am not investigating UFO sightings anymore I made arrangements to have others look into the sightings that still come into me.

There is an excellent UFO group called UFO*BC which looks into/investigates UFO sightings for the province of British Columbia, Canada and the Yukon only.

The fellows have years of experience dealing with the unknown and would appreciate receiving any sighting reports for these two areas.

You can find UFO*BC’s website at http://www.ufobc.ca/ and they have a online sighting report form you can use to file your experience to them, this can be found at: http://www.ufobc.ca/contact/index.php

Also click on the UFO*BC’s image below which takes you directly to their website.

Folks reporting other UFO sightings for the rest of Canada should file these to Chris Rutkowski at: Ufology Research of Manitoba http://uforum.blogspot.ca/

From Brian Vike Retired UFO Investigator - Merry Christmas And I Hope You All Have A Wonderful New Year

Well I have to say I am enjoying all the free time I have on my hands. I do miss looking into the UFO cases that came in, but honestly I started giving up the passion I once had for the topic. This was mainly due to the amount of sighting reports that were coming in before I pulled the plug.

I always believed If people are kind enough to write up their sighting report and send it along, then I should most certainly reply and do some checking into the sightings that have a little more meat to them. It finally got to the point where so much was pouring into the inbox, I through my hands up and said to heck with this.

Last January 2013 just a hair over 700 sighting reports came in for that month. Plus health issues had me thinking it was time to quit. So I did.

Since I packed it in, sighting reports still rolled in, not near as much as I once was receiving, but still a lot of sighting reports. What I did with these reports was to send them directly to William “Bill” Puckett in the United States for the American sightings.

Bill can be found at: UFOs Northwest http://www.ufosnw.com/newsite/ and then all the Canadian sighting reports I received went directly to Chris Rutkowski at: Ufology Research of Manitoba http://uforum.blogspot.ca/

From there I started playing computer games. –:

Anyway, over the years in my province of British Columbia, Canada there was a major UFO wave that took take place in 2002 and 2003 with sightings of all kinds of odd UFOs being witnessed by one person, up to over 200 people who observed one huge UFO event. What I have decided to do is to write up a large detailed report on the two years of amazing sightings and I will post the report later in 2014.

Other than that, I will be sitting back and reading what others are reporting. Again I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and all the best in the coming New Year.
