UFO Twice As Big As The Planet Venus East Of Grande Prairie Alberta

Date: Summer 2010
Time: 3:00 a.m.

Location of Sighting: East Of Grande Prairie, Alberta.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Venus like.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I live in a rural setting 40 minute drive from any town. I was working that night and came home at around 3:00am. I needed to unwind and just take a breath from my stressful job, so I turned to the sky.

I have been a skeptic my whole life, starting in grade two, where I have studied space and everything about it. I also took out books and anything I could get my hands on, to explain things that others thought were paranormal. I knew the real meaning of UFO, in grade three, which does not = Aliens. Anyhow.

I come home at 3:00am and look at the stars. My view is so clear I can see the milky way, and it’s an incredible sight. I have my own telescope and know the stars off by heart, what's supposed to be there and what's not.

As I faced the south to look for Venus, Mars or Sirius, I saw a big glowing light. At first I thought it was Venus, but it was twice as big and a wee bit brighter. I was confused, but realized It must be a satellite. This bright object was making an arc across the sky, but, was shivering. Vibrating up and down, left and right, as it made it’s way southeast and down. It was very, very slowly getting smaller as it vibrated, curving down.

I stood there with my mouth open, because it was something I had never seen before, in 10 years of observing the sky. It slowly moved behind a branch blocking my view, and disappeared until I stepped around it, confirming it wasn't my mind or eyes.

I heard nothing, which was also weird. 3:00am in the country? You can hear everything, but not one sound. It finally bobbed behind the horizon, with out a trace. No jet marks, smoke, meteor streak, or sound. Nothing.

Maybe I've become the people I always thought were crazy and always had an explanation. But I have none.

Red Ball Of Fire Observed Over St. Catharines Ontario

Date: July 1, 2010
Time: 9:30 p.m.

My dad saw the same thing at around 9:30pm in St. Catharines Ontario, he said it was not wobbling, it was red in color though, not orange and looked like it had flames coming from it, it was at a steady fast pace.

Oh sorry it was July 1st, 2010 at 9:30pm and it was the red ball of fire.

Glowing Spherical UFO Lights Up The Area In Snow Storm At The Parkland Region Of Manitoba Canada

Date: January 27, 2011
Time: Approx: 10:30 p.m.

Weather: Blizzard conditions.
Witness: 1
Object: Glowing sphere, close encounter.

I was out at my lake yesterday in the Parkland Region of Manitoba where I spent the night.

It was a windy rainy/sleet/snowy night. My buddies and I had been working on the cabin for most of the day since we arrived. We finished up working at about 9:00pm. I had a bite to eat and I was sitting down on the couch by the wood-stove relaxing and talking with my friends.

It was about 10:30pm, and my friends were done for the night, one sleeping already and the other on the way. The only light I had was from the woodstove. I was still on the couch, sitting there. All of a sudden out of the east window of the cabin, a bright glowing sphere appeared.

With it being so dark out, with the storm taking place and with no power on the property or near by lights, the brightness from sphere threw me off guard.

In size comparison the sphere appeared to me as large as the moon looks to us, though it was nothing like the moon.

It was giving off a very bright intense white light. More bright than anything should appear through the dense blizzard conditions. It was just sitting there, about 25 -30 feet off the ground. Pretty much level with the tree tops in that area of the property.

The sphere was approximatley 40 - 60 feet away. If I was to guess, it was likely close to the same size as the one I had my close encounter with last June and I would say at least 3 to 4 feet in diameter. It was very close to the same location as the one last summer, just outside the cabin.

As the sphere emitted it's intense light, the forest was lit up and I could see all the trees in the immediate area. I could see through all the sleet coming down as the snow on the ground reflected the bright white light.

The light is not like normal light, it was almost like a penetrating light with it intensity. It remained glowing for about three or so seconds when it dissapeared.

I jumped up and ran to the window to see where it was, but I couldn't see anything. It was too dark and with the storm, there was no reflecting light on the snow.

It was about two minutes later that the sphere suddenly appeared again, but was further to the south of the cabin this time. It again had the same intensity and remained glowing as it sat in position, just above the tree tops. About 4 seconds later it disappeared again.

I watched for another couple minutes to see if it would show itself again, but it didn't and I was too tired from the days work to stand there and wait any longer.

I don't venture out to the lake and cabin much in the winters.

Having had all my encounters in the past take place in spring, summer, and fall. I was wondering as I headed up to the cabin Thursday morning, if the snow and adverse weather stops them (UFOs) from doing what they do. It was thought that I had never expected to be answered.

This, to my surprise is my first ever encounter in the winter.

I will keep you posted, if I see anything else.

Take care, stay safe and please give my best to Jeff Rense.

Bright Light Observed From Airdire Alberta

Date: Late December 2010
Time: Approx: 10:30 p.m.

Hello, my name is (name removed), I'm originally from St. Margrets Bay, Nova Scotia, but I moved out to Calgary in late October. My friend and I witnessed something with our own eyes and we couldn't even come up with a logical explanation. We were parked at a location just outside of Calgary in the city of Airdire, and my friend glanced out the window quickly when something caught his eye.

I immediately looked to see what he was checking out. There were 4 of us in the car, my friend and I in the back seat, the other two did not get a chance to see it. We were both so shocked we didn’t say anything until it was over. We saw a big bright light similar to this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9n6OoIqhcq8. It was night time about 10:30 and the light was just over the cities horizon. The UFO was much lower though then the one in the video, and we had a little closer view of Calgary.

What makes me so sure this is a UFO is that I've witnessed shooting stars and satellites coming back into orbit, and neither of those resemble anything like this event. When my friend and I glanced over, the light moved about 3 seconds after and when he moved it didn't move up into the sky, it moved over the city of Calgary with a trailing beam of light behind it that lasted for about 2 seconds replacing where the aircraft once was.

From a distance it appeared as if the object was moving slowly, but you could tell if you were at a closer distance it covered a lot of ground very fast. It disappeared once it flew over the city buildings, it almost resembled a spot light the way it took off into the sky, but my friends and I waited for an hour to watch for any other signs of an explanation and were left with nothing.

The only reason I believe this is a UFO is because of the feeling I got after seeing this, my eyes have never seen something like that in my life and could not come up with any sort of logical explanation on their own. This happened in late December prior to Christmas time, I decided to search Calgary UFO sightings up and discovered that my friend and I aren't alone, and some of these sightings have occurred just in the recent earlier months.

Half Moon Shaped UFO Seen Towards Fishing Lake Saskatchewan Canada

Date: 1996 (?)
Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

About 14 years ago, me and a friend of mine were driving east down Highway 5 (Saskatchewan, Canada) towards Fishing lake around 10:00pm or later. We noticed a half moon shaped object in the sky, which we assumed was the moon, in fact, was not. We were blown away because we knew where the moon was and slowed down to figure out what the hell this was.

As we came to a stop, the object got smaller and then just disappeared. We continued on our way, completely shocked and freaked out. We reached our destination and told some people about what we saw. Of coarse, laughter ensued. We left shortly there after still wondering what we had saw.

Of coarse, UFO was the topic. I dropped off my friend and we decided that this was better off left unsaid. To this day, I still think about it. Then when I Googled the object description, I came across this article. I was once again shocked. Weird.

Pilots Watch Deep Orange Glowing UFO Rising From The Lake

From the Vike Factor archives (Brian Vike) http://the-v-factor-paranormal.blogspot.com//

Date: Late Summer of 1989

Hi Brian, we have emailed a few times back and forth and I want you to know where I am coming from. My name is (name removed), I am 42 years old now. Ever since I was a young child, before I knew anything about this, I had dreams of what I thought were skeletons coming through my basement and meeting me.

Now I have a older brother (9 or 10 years older) and had an experience as a child. He was 15 or 16 and he asked me to spend the night in his new room in the basement.

All I can remember is how apprehensive I was and only lasted a couple of hours. The feeling of the "skeleton" creatures coming for me were very much real. Fast forward now a few years, and well the vivid dreams I had were not skeletons, but well, small entities with big dark eyes or areas were eyes should be.

Now to put all this into perspective. My educational background is that of a law enforcement. I have a solid education in investigation techniques, evidence collection and interviewing.

My other area is aviation. I currently have over 2000 hours as pilot in command with extra courses in meteorology. I know what the difference is between anomalous lights and standard aircraft placement.

Now for my latest recollection. It was in the late summer of 1989, I was pilot in command of a Piper Navajo. We departed for a parts run from Hamilton to Val Dor Quebec. We were chartered by Domtar for some paper mill parts. It was not that late as I remember landing and grabbing a coffee before we departed back for Hamilton.

We were cruising at 13 K feet back to Hamilton and were just approaching Lake Simcoe when my co-pilot said" have a look down below" What we both saw was a deep orange glow rising from the lake, getting more distinct and disk shaped as it was rising. With in a few seconds, it was at our level, again 13K feet, and it shot straight up.

Now on the radio, Toronto Centre, there was chatter about this object shooting straight up from an Air Ontario Dehavilland inbound from Ottawa.

Brian, It was as clear and prominent as the nose on your face. I called into YYZ centre and was told if I want to make a report to do so, if not, they were sure some one else would. Unfortunately, I did not file the Transport Canada paper work and I regret that to this day.

Now you have my report! All the best and keep well!
