HBCC UFO Research: The report below came in through submissions, this leaves the person reporting anonymous to me, Brian Vike of HBCC UFO Research. So I have no way of replying to this person about the report that had been submitted to HBCC UFO Research. I also would like to add that although I do agree with the person reporting and talking about the frustrations because people will not acknowledge events that they have obviously seen or heard. I do understand why folks do not come forward as much as they do. Also I would like to mention that I have folks telling me that they had a UFO sighting going back some years and wonder if I would be interested in hearing their story. Yes I am most interested in any sightings or experiences know matter when they happened. Every report is very, very important ! The lady who sent in the report did write to me through my hbccufo@telus.net email address. I have now spoken to her.
Some writers of several recent submissions have expressed frustrations because people will not acknowledge events that they have obviously seen or heard. Although I cannot explain why that happens I can give an example. I was once one of three people who "wouldn't talk".
About 30 years ago I was on a road trip with my parents and three year old daughter. We were slowly traveling across British Columbia and planning to circle through part of Alberta before heading home to Victoria. We arrived in Revelstoke late on a sunny summer afternoon, found a motel and went for dinner. After dinner we decided to go for a drive. We had noticed on a map that there was a road going a short distance, maybe 20 miles, down the east side of Upper Arrow Lake. Since the purpose of the trip was to try to find roads we'd not yet traveled, off we went.
Although the sky was clear in Revelstoke we were heading south into a high overcast and far to the south we could see periodic flashes of sheet lightning within the clouds. Just a few miles out of town the road turned a sharp corner to the left and followed the base of the mountains around a large bay. The moment we turned the corner I was terrified. I wanted so much to ask my father to turn back but the logical side of me kept saying to not be silly. The purpose of the trip was to explore. Eventually I stopped looking out the window and started talking nonsense to my daughter playing on the floor of the car (before seatbelts). I was trying to distract myself.
About half way around the bay my father stopped the car and for no apparent reason rapidly turned and went back the way we had come. He said nothing but I was so relieved I almost cried. The only comment my mother made was "So you felt it too." I still could not look out the window. As soon as we turned back around the sharp corner we were back in sunshine and the feeling of terror instantly disappeared. All dad said was "Promise me that none of you will ever drive down that road again". When we got back to the motel we went to bed and I recall thinking that I was glad my bed faced the door so if I had to, I might be able to protect my family. We all went right to sleep.
The next morning we were up and on the road. Nothing was said about the strange drive. That was completely out of character for all of us. Not only would we normally have talked about something like that, we would have driven back the next day to at least the beginning of the bay.
None of spoke about it for about four years then one of us finally asked if we remembered the event. Apparently dad "knew" that if we had kept going we would have never come back. Mom also admitted to being very, very frightened. We still have no understanding or memory about what frightened us. We also told each other that although we had wanted to talk about it we couldn't. I recall often trying to think about it and say something but the thoughts and words just dissolved. That was happening with my parents as well. My daughter had not appeared bothered at all on the drive. That could be because even if there was something unusual or frightening out there, she couldn't see out the window. It could also be that at three years old everything is unusual and sometimes sort of scary!
What had we seen? Nothing. What had we heard? Nothing What happened? Nothing. What had we felt? Terror. Why could we not talk about it? I don't know.
So for those who are confused when others don't talk about something, please realize that maybe they do know what happened ....but they just can't hold onto the thoughts or words!
Twenty years later I went back to Revelstoke with my husband. We started down that road. Everything had changed with the lowering of the lake level and the growth of the trees. However when we got to "the" corner I asked him to stop. There was nothing at all frightening about the place. He asked if I wanted to go farther but I said no. I remembered my promise to my dad. I've stayed in Revelstoke many times since then but I know I will never travel that road. Maybe someday I will remember why.

Toronto/North York, Ontario A Stationary Black Object

Date: June 15, 2007 Time: 11:00 a.m.
Approach Direction: N/A Departure Direction: Up Witness Direction: South East.
Description: I was on the subway returning from Downsview station, approaching Yorkdale, facing south east on the train. I looked up and saw a stationary black object just below a large cloud. It was tube shaped with rounded ends. I didn't want to take my eyes off of it, it was so strange how it wasn't moving, than it did move, back wards and forwards without reorienting it's self at all and as I blinked it went up into the cloud and was gone. It took all of 30-45 seconds.
Color/Shape: Black, featureless surface, tube shaped (cigar) looked small.
Height & Speed: at cloub level maybe the size of a van.

Maple Ridge, Birtish Columbia A Very Bright Red Constant Light Came To A Hover

Date: June 20, 2007 Time: Approx: 10:15 p.m.
Approach Direction: East to west. Departure Direction: East. Witness Direction: West.
Description: Around 10:15 just about dark, I saw a red constant light very bright moving west from the east. It is very clear with only a couple of small clouds, the light stayed very bright red like a plane but not flashing, it slowed and hovered over Pitt Meadows area for around 8 mins. Then moving northeast gradually easterly. The light stayed bright and stopped several times, eventually continually easterly until I couldnt see it any more. I've seen a few lights before which are similar, it's easy to distinguish a plane from this, there is no sound just this object of light stopping and starting, sort of like it was looking for something.
Color/Shape: Bright bright red light, start stop action and direction changes.
Height & Speed: 2500-3000 ft speed varied from slow to stop to faster approach from east to west, turned back to east.
TV/Radio/Press: Too early.

Northeast Of Calgary, Alberta Object Appeared To Resemble A Star

Location of Sighting: Calgary NE. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Appeared to resemble a star.
Full Description of event/sighting: I went out for a smoke at about 3.30am. I usually have a look at the stars if it's a clear night and it was. What looked to resemble a star began to move across the sky. I didn't want to lose track of it so I didn't run in the house to get my binoculars or camera. I called my son and he saw it as well. It looked just like another star so it was tricky to keep track of it as it entered each constellation. It never made a sound but moved across the sky from east to west quite fast. It appeared to be very high up in the sky. I've never seen anything like it before, nor have I ever seen a UFO before.

Calgary-Bankview, Alberta A Bright Light Moves Across The Sky

Date: June 10, 2007 Time: Approx: 2:15 a.m. - 2:30 a.m.
Approach Direction: West. Departure Direction: South East. Witness Direction: South West.
Description: A bright light moving from west to southeast, fortunately I had my binocs and was able to look at it briefly. It was brighter than Jupiter and at that time, the 2 brightest stars were Arcturus and Jupiter. It moved faster than an airplane, had no lights-glowed white-hot and had no debris trail, no smoke or vapor, did not change in intensity-of-brightness, did not rotate like a satellite and did not make a sound. It was only bright for about 10 seconds and in that period of time-went from halfway up the horizon to the west (45 degrees) all the way across to just about halfway up the south eastern horizon. It seemed to slow down a touch when I jumped up and down screaming Look! Look! UFO! UFO! Right away someone said "that's a plane" but we could see the flight path from the Airport-planes were taking off in a northerly direction. None were landing.
Color/Shape: White-bright, round shape.
Height & Speed: I have no idea, it's height could have been low, or it could have been high, but it moved faster than an airplane that you see at high altitude.
TV/Radio/Press: I do not have cable and rarely read the newspaper, too much bad news.

Toronto, Ontario Two White Objects Traveling In Unison

Date: June 19, 2007 Time: 10:35 p.m.
Approach Direction: North west headed south west. Departure Direction: Not sure. Witness Direction: West.
Description: I noticed a hazy moon peering through some clouds and also noticed 2 white dots near the moon. What caught my eye was the fact that these two dots were clearly visible even though it was a bit cloudy around the moon. Rest of the sky was clear.
The dots were spaced evenly apart, from where I was looking it looked like 2 inches apart...not sure about how far that would be in reality way up in the sky. What was interesting was that they appeared to be at the exact same height, they never changed their speed or direction apart from each other, they never got close to each other nor did they go far apart. They moved in tandem. It could be they were part of the same ship or two ships flying in unison.
They both headed off from the north west down the south west and then just disappeared. These were not plane as again they were too close together to be commercial planes and never wavered in either their speed or proximity from each other.
They reminded me of when the snow birds (show planes) fly in unison but way, way too high to be any type like that.
Color/Shape: Bright white dots
Height & Speed: From the ground I can't tell...looked to be about 2 inches apart if I put my fingers up towards the sky but never moved apart beyond that. as for speed it took about a minute to disappear from my view.
TV/Radio/Press: No.

Weyburn, Saskatchewan We Noticed Two Lights Moving East

Approximately 6 miles south of Weyburn. 1/2 mile East of highway at a friends farm site.
Date: June 19, 2007 Time: 10:10 - 10:15 p.m.
Approach Direction: South sky from our view coming from the west. Departure Direction: Heading easterly. Witness Direction: Sitting on a deck facing south.
Description: Sitting on a deck at friends farm. Myself, him and his wife. Approximately 10 pm, fairly clear sky I noticed two lights moving East across the sky as I looked South off his deck. They were both looking north. I said look at that. They both turned and looked. There was a bright star in the sky to the left and higher than lights and a star that was more reddish(possibly satellite?) below and to the right of the bright star. Nothing else visible to the eye in that area. The light in front was slightly lower than the light in the back. The distance between the two never changed as we watched them move East. Not quickly but not too slow.
They seemed to be very far away but we did not have anything to reference against. At the distance it seemed to be it did not seem that it could possibly be one single object. The fact that the distance and angle between the two never changed made me think that it should be a single object. It would be too big though.
The speed slowed as it moved across the sky and then the back light went out and about 10 seconds later the front light went out. the whole experience was probably about 90 seconds at most. I do not know what it was and would not assume that it was something unknown but I have no idea what would do what we saw. I felt very unsettled by it. The two people I was with could verify exactly what I saw.
Color/Shape: Two lights. The front light was slightly lower than the back light. No object was identifiable. Just two lights at a strange angle to each other moving, then slowing, then disappearing. The back one first then the front one. We discussed the possibility of the sun reflecting on two planes flying but then realized that the front light or plane would have lost the suns reflection prior to the back one and it happened the other way.
Height & Speed: Could not tell. They seemed very far away. Like two stars moving together.
TV/Radio/Press: Not that I know. Happened an hour and a half ago. I would not bring it to the attention of the local media. I have never gone to a UFO website in my life and this sort of thing doesn't interest me but I don't know what we saw and I am posting this because of that. I wish that I didn't see it.

Prince George, British Columbia A Ball Of Light

Hello Brian, It is Grandma (name removed) here from Prince George. I have thought about this so I've decided to send it to you. I was coming home from College Heights on that Friday evening around 5ish, when I happened to see a very large very bright light up in the sky between two trees. I decided to pull over to see if it was a plane but it was not moving, it was like looking at a big street light only very, very white and bright. I took my eyes off of it for about 10 seconds as there was a car coming up behind me so he passed me and I looked back up and it was on the other side of the two trees and then it was just gone. It wasn't a plane, that thing was huge. Anyways Happy New Year to you.

South Vancouver, British Columbia A Loud Energetic Whirring Sound

Time: 6:00 a.m.
Location of Sighting: south Vancouver
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 0
Shape of objects: Not applicable.
Full Description of event/sighting: A very loud, energetic whirring sound that did not display a Doppler shift. Sounded as if it was directly above my apartment building. I am on the 10th floor. Lasted for about 15 - 20 seconds. It woke me up.
I live 10km away from the Vancouver Airport, but this did not sound at all like an airplane. As I said, it also had no Doppler shift, indicating the source was stationary. Then suddenly, the sound slowly disappeared.
Has anyone ever reported a sound like this?

Boundary, British Columbia A Large Oval Shaped UFO Disappears Into The Mountain

Time: Between 4:30-5:00 a.m.
Hey Brian, I had a similar sighting of those occurring in BC last month, with my sighting taking place in the Boundary. I had awoken and went out for a smoke. I did not feel groggy in anyway, and maybe that's why I had decided to smoke outside instead of the warmer smoking area we've got out there. Anyhow, as I stood taking in the beautiful night, my gaze caught these colored lights up in the eastern sky, not far up from the mountain range. There was red and green (it took me a sec to determine if it was green or blue). I noticed there were several, but to specify a number at this point would be purely speculation. I did notice with certainty that they were not moving, as I tried to determine whether they could be satellites or planes or what. I really didn't put much more thought toward them, as what I'd seen next had totally captured my full attention.
Midway down the mountain side was a large oval shaped glow. It sat horizontally, and appeared very close to the mountain itself. The mountain is facing south, so it's pretty sparse in the way of trees etc. It was quite light out, I guess due to the moon recently being full. I could see the mountain ridge clearly, and would say that the colored lights did not appear to be directly overhead of it, it'd have been just a little more to the west of them--at least from my perspective. This thing did not glow white; I thought of how I would describe it if asked, I would have to have said it was amber or golden, a definite yellowish glow for sure. The thing was not moving, it appeared totally stationary. If it was moving, it would've been moving REALLY slowly.
As I looked at this thing, many thoughts rushed through my mind. Other things people in this area have commented on seeing (different from how I would describe this), as well as your site and some of the UFO sightings reported (the long, almost rod-like light-emitting vessel). I had even quickly thought of the cow mutilation deals, and had realized that I didn't think there would be any (or many) pastures in that area--maybe mountain sheep and hoped that if there were that they would be alright! Immediately I thought of grabbing my binoculars, to see if I could spot whatever it was that I was seeing, but for some reason I felt like I would miss something if I left to go get them. I even wondered how long it'd been there before I spotted it. I figured I'd just stay & have another smoke before going in, and see if I could somehow settle myself down! I was still wondering what this thing could be.
My rational mind quickly had no answers. It was not a fire (there's a party spot in a different area-more to the west). Although I never thought it was a light used by the airport, I quickly checked out the surrounding mountains for the lights on them--none of them were on. Could it be a car, with something glaring off of it's windshield? Don't think so, it was light, but nothing bright enough to cause that! Maybe a car, parked, seeing the light from it's headlights? Nope, not even close. Then further east and lower I spotted what could've been a car, maybe a truck, traveling. Was it on the highway, maybe a back road? I secretly hoped someone else had seen this thing and was on their way to check it out. This thing was big.
I returned to watching this thing and questioned whether it had moved or was moving. Amazingly enough, or astoundingly, words can't accurately describe it, but I saw this thing disappear into the mountain. I really didn't know what the hell to make of it. It's not like I saw the mountain open up or reveal a tunnel or anything for it to travel into--it simply disappeared into it. It didn't rise to the sky, it didn't travel off left or right. It didn't vanish all at once. It was as if the "front" part of it entered the mountain with the rest of it following, the light disappearing as it went in. It was only a few seconds max, but slow enough to know it didn't just "turn off" or vanish entirely all at once. It was both incredible and freaky at the same time!
I waited for just a couple minutes more, just to see I guess if anything else were to happen. I had noticed the colored lights were still there, but in all honesty, I really didn't care at that point--they could have stayed there all night--my mind was still trying to process the whole mountain thing! I went in, with the thought that in the morning I should send you an email about it. I looked at the microwave, and think it said 4:38 (not 100% sure on that one) but made a mental note that it was between 4:30-5:00 am, looked on the calendar for the date, realizing that it was the night of Nov 28th, which would then actually make it to be the early hours of Nov 29th. I even thought about marking it on the calendar, but it's not always easy to find a pen-besides which, what the hell would I write? The whole experience was only about 20 minutes in total, but at that point, I really was feeling like I just needed to get myself grounded. So as I went to lie down, with my head still racing wildly, I just told myself that I would just keep the experience to myself at this point and wait and see if any confirmation came my way.
The next couple of days following the experience, it was greatly on my mind, but the timing wasn't there--as each time I thought about emailing you, something else was going on and the opportunity to do so just didn't present itself. Then I thought about it again here and there, but also remembered the confirmation bit again--and nobody was saying anything about it. Still thought I may send in something, because I couldn't just dismiss it altogether, but it seemed almost silly. I told myself to just let it go, but laughed at myself as well because I knew what I had experienced. As much as my rational mind may have wanted to chalk it up to something--what I don't know, I also knew that I wouldn't be able to forget about it--there would always be that part of me that would retain that event. I had to accept it for what it was, there was just no way I could ever get away from it. It was what it was, whatever it was...and I saw it.
Then what do ya know--one day a headline on Icke's page read something about UFO's in BC. Yep, that article on his page (and Rense's of course) presented me with the confirmation I'd asked for. Big thank you for the postings and to those who reported what they'd seen. YAY! for them. There are differences for sure in what we saw, but the similarities are huge.

Near Cedar Point, Ontario Pilot Witnesses A Dull Silver Saucer Shaped UFO

Full Description of event/sighting: Flying my Citabria airplane at 3500 feet A.S.L., the dull silver saucer shaped UFO was first sited over Christian Island as I was banking my aircraft to the right on a level turn. I opened my left side window to watch as the UFO passed approximately 500 feet underneath my plane. I then banked the plane to the left so that I would not lose sight of it. The UFO continued on a straight and level path, and although I was going 110 m.p.h. the UFO's speed was such that there was no way I could catch up to it. If I had to approximate it's speed, I would guess at 400-600 m.p.h.
As for the size of the UFO, I can't really say, since there was nothing that I could compare it to. If I had to guess, I would say about 30 to 50 feet in diameter. It happened so quickly, but I did get a very good look at it. There were no windows or any markings on the UFO. The color was a dull silver, almost
a grey color. I usually always have a camera in the side pouch of the aircraft door, but this time, it was in a bag behind the rear passenger seat. If I had a passenger with me to hand me the camera at that time, I would have been able to get a very good picture with my 35mm camera! Now when I go flying, I always make sure that I have at least two cameras with me at all times. This was definitely a once in a lifetime experience that I will never forget. I now believe that there is really something out there that we cannot explain. It may be true that we are not alone in this universe!

Gatineau Aylmer, Quebec Orange Lights

Location of Sighting: Aylmer, QC.
Number of witnesses: 4
Number of objects: 6
Shape of objects: Unknown - Bright orange lights.
About 1:30 a.m., we saw six orange lights in the dark sky moving about and they were roughly above the city of Ottawa. They sky was relatively clear as I could see some stars. The orange lights moved around and slowly disappeared one by one. At the end a group of three lights appear to move south to north. They also disappeared and only one remained. I suppose they were fire balloons but rather spooky at the time. Was it a UFO or fire balloons?

30 Minutes West Of McBride, British Columbia Unidentified Creature ?

HBCC UFO Research would like to request that if anyone might have some ideas of what this creature may have been, would you please write to me with your ideas. I have lived here all of my life, or in B.C. and heard of some strange stories of unusual animals roaming the McBride, British Columbia area, but haven't personally received an eyewitness account.
My wife's uncle was on his way home from Fort MacMurray to meet up with the rest of his family for Christmas and saw a strange animal approx. 30
min west of McBride. After he described it to me, I said "ok, what's the punchline" but he assured me that what he saw was real (he studied it for 25min or so) and had only mentioned it to me as he is very curious as to what he saw and knows that I spend a great deal of time in the outdoors. I told him I would put the description on HBCC and see what kind of ideas would be presented (I was drawing a blank.)
Here's the story. He said it was pretty snowy, so he was driving slow, and noticed an animal on the shoulder of the road. Thinking it was a moose, he came to a stop and couldn't believe what he saw. At approximately 20 feet in front of his truck was a big black bear sized animal (roughly 400 lbs or so) with a shape similar to that of a huge wolf. It was black with white or silver tips along his back and had hair that he guessed would be at least a foot long. He had about a 3 to 4 foot long tail that was roughly a foot in diameter and was very fluffy. He had a dark brown, oval, blunt face with rounded ears similar to a bear but had strange teeth clearly visible outside of its' gums. It had a very pronounced shoulder hump and a swayed back, long legs and stood roughly 4 to 5 feet at the shoulder and was approx. 8 feet long (overall length). He said the feet (and tracks as he later investigated) were sort of a mix between a bear and a wolf and had very large claws - larger than any grizzly he had ever seen and were widely spaced.
He said that it moved so slowly across the road to the opposite ditch that the whole process took around 25 minutes. He said it was really "sloth" like. Unfortunately he didn't have a camera so he has no evidence of what he saw.
I jokingly asked what he had been smoking prior to his road trip (even though he is not that type) but he assured me that he was fully coherent and was not making the story up. He has lived all over Canada, is an avid hunter, has seen 200+ pound wolves in the Yukon, numerous grizzlies, black bears, cougars etc. but couldn't even come close to identifying what species this creature was.
Anyway, I was stumped. I've held up my end of the bargain by posting the description on here so I will ask all of you what he asked me...."ever seen anything like that?"

Aylmer Quebec Orange Lights With One Object Appearing To Have Legs

HBCC UFO Research Note: Due to the following report coming into me through submissions, the witness remains anonymous to myself and I am not able to reply to the witness. But seems alot of folks did see something similar in Canada and other areas in the U.K
In Aylmer Quebec we saw the orange lights on New years 2008 . One of the lights had 3 prong like legs coming out of the light . it was quite clear to me and my son that they were some kind of space ship. This is something I have never seen before. There has been other sightings of these same orange lights that last a few minutes then disappear. I wouldn't had believed it until I saw it with my own eyes.

Scarborough, Ontario (Near Tapscott and Finch) Triangular Craft At A Hover

Location of Sighting: Scarborough (near Tapscott and Finch).
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 2
Shape of objects: Circular, oblong.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was walking home from work admiring the sky (first time getting off work when there was *some* sunlight still lingering on the horizon) and I noticed what looked to be an extremely large aircraft. I watched it as I walked down the sidewalk and it was on my right side as I walked South. I kept an eye on it because it was unusually bright for an aircraft and didn't have any other lights or markings (red lights, wing lights etc.,). Eventually when I hit the major intersection I stopped to see what it was doing as it had not moved in my 15 minutes of walking to the bus stop. As I watched it, I noticed that it hovered, slightly moving off to the right, then the left.
It didn't really do anything except over around. I'm pretty objective so I thought maybe it was a traffic helicopter or some small plane but I've never seen an aircraft just stay stagnant without changing elevation or direction. At this time, I noticed towards the left of the craft (for lack of a better word at this point) further down (approximately. I would say oh geeze, I'm bad with distance but it was a long ways away) a similar craft but I kept my eyes on the closer one as it had still not moved. I looked around to see if anyone else was witnessing it, but I seemed to be alone although the streets were fairly busy and people were walking down the street to catch the busses.
The craft was higher in the sky but I tried to notice any markings and such, but the craft was just one big ball of light.
Eventually, I would wager about 7 minutes of watching it hover, it turned around and started to fly further away from me heading in a North West direction and a significantly fast speed. But this is what really made me wonder, as it was flying away in the opposite direction the craft was still emanating a bright orangish/yellowish glow but then it turned almost green with a yellow halo around it and then completely turned off and out of sight. Amazed and a little stunned, I boarded the bus and sat on the left side heading North looking out the window hoping to spot it again (people were looking at me strange as I was stretching my neck quite a bit).
I tried to find the second craft I was looking at and I spotted it. It was much, much closer than the first craft and this one was indeed triangular in shape, each tip of the triangle with its own light (again, an orangish/yellowish colour) and one middle light that was more white. I kept my eyes on it as I didn't want to lose it and I was witnessing it fly around at a slow speed, changing it's direction every few seconds going left to right, up and down and even (I would guess) upside down by the way it turned and the disappearance of the lights for a few seconds and then turned back around and reappearing. I watched it for as long as I could (and even changed sides on the bus) but it disappeared in a North direction, again the lights flashing a green light and then completely out of sight. As far as I know I was the only witness but would like to know if anyone had seen anything in the skies of Toronto that evening.

Langley - Aldergrove Area, British Columbia A Large Black Structure Gliding

Hi Brian, How are you doing? I'll bet you had a fun Christmas with your new grandchild?
I never told you about a sighting I had about 3 1/2 years ago in July. I was with my boyfriend at the time. He can verify this (the only thing is he doesn't have e-mail access). Now it was about 5:00 pm and we were heading from White Rock to Langley/Aldergrove (I'm directionally challenged so I can't tell you if it was east or west). As we were driving we saw off in the distance - maybe 2 miles or so away a very large black structure gliding slowly over the tree line. It looked like a blimp or a cigar shaped object. It must have been huge because we could easily see it from where we were. We witnessed the cigar shaped object for about 2 minutes. I can't say if there was a sound or not since we were too far off. My partner was very excited as he kept pointing to the object. He had another bizarre thing happen about 8 years previously while in the car with a friend. A blue shining sphere entered his car, hovered and then shot out of the car. Both he and his female friend were shocked, they promptly forgot about the experience only to remember it a year later. My belief is that this sphere was a probe.
Anyways that's my sighting. I figured that I may as well tell you since many sightings are not all that spectacular and could be mistaken for something else.

Hobbema, Alberta Strange Lights (UFOs)

Location of Sighting: My residence in Hobbema.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Could not tell it was dark.
Full Description of event/sighting: My brother and I were watching television. Then something caught my brothers eye. He immediately jumped up to see what it was and called me. We both looked outside and saw some bright lights. We then began to go outside onto the patio to get a better look. We then saw three bright lights, with the brightest light revolving around the whole thing. Kind of a back and forth motion.
We watched it until it went out of sight behind some trees. It looked as if it was going to land or something. We then got dressed and went outside to try and get a better look at where it was going to land. Or to see if it was going to land. By the time we got outside it was gone. Which was strange because if it were a plane, we would have been able to see it.
It was about a couple hundred feet above the tree-line. We heard no sound at all. And what caught our attention was how bright the light was that was revolving around it.
We are just wondering if anyone else seen it?
We are now sold, if in fact that it was a UFO.

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan A Very Unusual Craft Witnessed (UFO)

Time: 7:30 a.m.
Location of Sighting: Out my back door on the raised step, Saskatoon SK.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: First a star.
Full Description of event/sighting: This morning I saw a bright light like a star to the west. It was constantly moving fast towards my house. I thought it was a star and the clouds were moving fast. The I looked again and the clouds were moving slow compared to the light. The light was almost above me to the south. I looked underneath it and saw complete white light. A silver white light really bright that radiated thick rays of light in 360 degrees like a slightly squashed circle. I went down the stairs of the deck and around the house to see more, but it went almost out of sight real fast in the east direction like a bright light becoming dimmer. I did not see an object and the light was too bright I felt it in my eyes. It faded away into the east. There where no red or blue lights nor did I see the windows of a plane with lights on not even from behind did I see any flashing red or blue lights.
There was no tail or smoke or "noise" and it looked closer than most planes and I hear the sounds even when they are further away. It was today Sat at 7:30 am. I have seen double shooting stars or little meters at dust shoot across the sky and they where more orange blue yellow like with a puffy look to them and tails of there trail as they burned out in the atmosphere. May be the planes have new lights that are so bright that the light radiates so much that the red and blue lights and the object of the plane can not be seen at all going northwest to southeast and one can no longer see blue or red lights. The measurement from my point of sight left the object looking 10 inches by 7 inches as the closest point of vision. I could see the rays of light as if looking at the new lights, white lights that the new cars have it was like looking at a real bright diamond.
Maybe that is the new lights put on the planes now. This is the first time I have seen this and I have been allover the NWT, USA, Yukon, Europe, Canada. The point of origin of the sighting was Saskatoon, southeast, Sk, Canada. I do hope it is only a new plane, because it would show flight pattern of a plane at that time with air traffic control. If I can not explain it report it. It seemed to slow down when it passed over my head slightly to the south and when I got around the house it shot off into the distance. That is how I got a good look underneath it. Real Strange.

Outside of Beausejour, Manitoba. Canada (Update)

Approach Direction: downward
Departure Direction: none
Witness Direction: West
Description: Roughly 11:30 pm, My girlfriend and I were driving home on the highway, I noticed a bright light in the sky, An orange orb that was stationary. It was too bright to be a star but could not be a plane, as it didn't move. I noticed two other vehicles parked along the highway gazing at the object as well. We continued on, and shortly thereafter The object descended downward towards the ground and dissapeard in the treeline. I would have pursued, but my girlfriend was frightened and wouldn't have it, I estimate it's position of landing to be nearby Birds Hill Park. (assuming it did in fact land)
I've absolutely no doubt this was a UFO in our atmosphere that quite likely touched down.
Color/Shape: Bright Orange, White-ish at the brightest area. Spherical, but it was quite flourescent, like a star, so I cannot inform of any actual shape.
Height & Speed: Probably no more then three or four KM from the ground, It descended (in my very rough estimation) from that height to the ground in no more then four or five seconds.

It should be stated firstly that this report was only the first of - at least six- ( I seem to have lost count ) sightings I have witnessed since.
The orbs seem to appear in the same general area, quite plain to see with the naked eye, yet I've heard no other reports or media attention.
I must make a few points clear - That my original estimate of the location of the UFO was dramatically incorrect, my judgement now guages the object to be "much" further west then the Birds Hill area. On one occassion I spotted the object from Beausejour and continued westbound to see just how far it actually was. I made it to the western edge of Selkirk MB. (roughly 40 some Kilometers) before the object faded out of view, it was no closer then it seemed initially. I now estimate the appearance to be in the vicinity of Brandon MB. if not further. It should be noted that there is a military installation near there, known as CFB Shilo. I personally doubt this has any connection, but it may be a possibility.
I have at times seen up to three objects present during one sighting. They move horizontally back and forth sometimes at low levels of speed, stopping at times before continuing their path. It would seem almost (and I hate to speculate anything) that they were seeking something. All that I concider may be of any small interest near Winnipeg may perhaps be a micro-biology lab, that is host to some of the worlds most potent viruses. Again, I hate to speculate anything.
There are now several witnesses, including close friends, who have seen the objects with me, and noted their own personal sightings to me on seperate occassions. unfortunately, none have made reports, it would seem they cannot be bothered.
Most notably I must add that these objects seem quite un-concerned with the sheer obviousness of their presence. My father did not beleive my stories of the sightings, but on one occassion himself and I were on route to the city at roughly 8:15 AM, the sun had risen and it was a clear morning. There were no stars, and I noticed a bright light in the general location that I normally spot the objects (this was the second time I observed them in the morning light). I noted it to him, assured that it was indeed one of the strange orbs, and had him watch it for no more then a minute before it faded away. He was uncertain if it vanished, or perhaps raced off at an alarming speed in the opposite direction. Needless to say he is no longer skeptical of their existance, but beleives there must be some explination.
I have no further consequential infortmation to provide, aside that I hope the sightings continue, for I plan to invest in a new camcorder that may be able to capture these objects on film. All prior attempts to record them have been unsuccessful due to out of date camcorders and cameras that cannot pick up the stars, much less these orbs.

Description: Roughly 11:30 pm, My girlfriend and I were driving home on the highway, I noticed a bright light in the sky, An orange orb that was stationary. It was too bright to be a star but could not be a plane, as it didn't move. I noticed two other vehicles parked along the highway gazing at the object as well. We continued on, and shortly thereafter The object descended downward towards the ground and dissapeard in the treeline. I would have pursued, but my girlfriend was frightened and wouldn't have it, I estimate it's position of landing to be nearby Birds Hill Park. (assuming it did in fact land)
I've absolutely no doubt this was a UFO in our atmosphere that quite likely touched down.

Orillia, Ontario Possible Triangle UFO Sighting

Full Description of event/sighting: Seen three white lights and one red light traveling from west to east at 5:03 a.m. this morning January 16th 2008. The red light seem to be rotating. When no green or white strobing light was seen, I thought what kind of craft is this. It can't be a jet or plane as it was moving to slow. I was scraping the ice off the car when I notice these light. There was no sound and at 5:00am everything was quite, I told my wife to get out of the car and look. It seemed to be up I'd say 10 ,000 feet maybe? If you held a Toonie in your fingers at arms length, you would get the size of it. I believe the shape of the craft was triangular.

Edmonton, Alberta UFO Travels Along And Comes To A Hover

Location of Sighting: Looking from Southeast Edmonton-object was at north/northeast.

Shape of objects: Difficult to tell.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving northbound on somewhat of a dull lit morning shortly after dawn. I saw flashing bright lights like a strobe. It was at a great distance from me and I could not make out the shape. It first looked like a plane or a chopper but the lights were silver and blue and very sharp and bright emitted at such a far distance-too sharp and flashing too quickly perhaps for a plane. I am guessing the object was 3 km away and maybe 1/2 a kilometer up. The lights were too brilliant for a plane that far away especially on a misty morning. My car was stopped at a red light and I was able to see the object longer. The object then moved across the horizon from east to west, but at a very quick speed; and again too fast for a plane covering a distance of 2-3 km in about 6 sec. Then the object suddenly stopped in mid-flight-hovering. The next thing that happened was truly strange. The object turned a bright orange glow with it's lights larger than a plane. It was one big orange light encompassing the entire object-definitely not a plane. It sat there for about 3 seconds then it started moving back east again but this time the sharp lights returned to its original strobing silvery-blue lights as it headed east but at a slower speed this time. I had to park the car on the side of the road to view it longer but the object headed northeast and eventually disappeared.

Near Parrsboro, Nova Scotia Meteor Sighting ?

Shape of objects: Meteor, long fire ball with green tail.
Full Description of event/sighting: Sitting at home on computer early in the morning (Saturday night) really Sunday morning just after 1:00am. I heard a noise, hard to describe really because I wasn't really paying attention. You see, I live where large trucks (18 wheelers) run by day and night. I can hear them coming for about a half kilometer, then as they get past my house they begin to 'jake break' all the way down the hill (about 1 km.) All this happens day-in day-out and with the combination of having the all windows closed (winter and all) and the fact I've gotten so used to them passing by that I pay no attention, in fact, I just don't really notice them. As this noise passed by (a truck I thought), I did finally clue into the fact that this was particularly loud, not like the usual, but still just a noise. So I didn't bother having a look. After a short time, maybe a minute, not sure (still not really paying attention), I heard a crash/smash type sound. Nothing exceptionally unusual, just like something large hitting something else large.
I also felt a small shake. (very small, but noticeable). Still believing that a large noisy truck just went by I thought to myself, "did that truck just hit the bridge?". About 3 km away there is a large bridge. I listened intently, then thought nothing more of it. Fast forward, Tuesday 29 Jan 2008, a co-worker begins to relate a story of a meteor that he and a friend saw. This is the real reason that I am writing, if not for his story I may have never thought any more of the 'noisy truck incident'.
His story: He and a friend were snowmobiling near Parrsboro, Nova Scotia late at night (Saturday/Sunday). They were stopped for a break. Suddenly the sky began to get brighter (almost like daylight) and they heard a noise.
They watched an object in the distance pass in front of them very rapidly. Some conversation such as "is that a plane going down ?", "no it's way too fast, too bright, and traveling too horizontal for a plane, crashing or not". They spoke more, including checking the time on their watch, 1:19am. The description is, a large object that looked like the classic sci-fi movie meteor, ball of fire, mostly white-ish toward the front tapering off in a long tail with red/orange colors in center area and a green tail. The speed was remarkable, though it was huge, it came and went fast. They had a large area of the sky that was clear and visible and yet it covered that in very little time. Then they heard a crash and felt the ground shake. He has since spoken to another friend of his that was on the 102 highway at about that time heading toward Truro and this person says that he witnessed an object that sounds a lot like the same thing. The trajectory, as best he can guess would be coming from the East or North-East heading West or North West. This would mean it passed within sight of and likely between Tatamagouche and New Glasgow and in line with Advocate Harbour.
He can not be certain, no real reference for him to use, just land marks that he knows of in the area. A few degrees difference of course could mean hundreds of miles difference in the estimated trajectory. The hook: I know I wasn't paying any attention, but I know what I heard. I also feel he (my co-worker) is a reliable witness, though I don't know the person he was with or the other person he spoke with that was on the highway. The thing is, I would be about 60Km from where he was (as the crow flies), and his buddy on the highway would be better than 70 Km from my friend (as the crow flies) and yet still 15 Km from myself (by crow). This puts all of us in a triangle like pattern. The thing is, if I heard all this, including the crash (and possibly felt some shake), that should mean that this was a large incident that hundreds should have seen or at least felt and possibly heard. Also, something this large, must have been tracked by someone's radar. What is going on ? Why have I not heard a word otherwise ?

I am writing a book, which includes some of my life's experiences. One of the experiences I had was a close encounter when I was eight or nine years old. I have decided that I will share an excerpt from my unfinished book of this incident, with the hope that maybe someone reading it, may come forward to collaborate my story.
From The Beginning
I had a habit of looking down at my feet while walking as a child; it was a game I used to play when I was around eight or nine years old. One early evening, I am working my way down the road, heading home after leaving a friends place. I had my head down, looking at my feet as I walked, while keeping the curb insight out of the corner of my eye. The challenge to this game however, was to try and guess how far I had walked, and how close I was getting to my house without cheating by looking up. When I finally stopped and lifted my head, I realized with a smile of triumph that I was standing right in front of my house. We lived in a one story, back split house with an open carport, were the front of the house faced east, and the back faced west. The house was also perched on a rise that over looked the rest of the neighborhood to the west.
I remember feeling the low Suns warmth on the right side of my face as I stood there in the street as it began to set. I was drawn by its warmth, I remember closing my eyes as I turned and faced west into the Suns direction so I could bask in its comforting orange glow for the moment. Turning my head and looking east, I noticed the night's zenith approaching; I loved this time of the evening, I loved the way you could track the night's zenith moving across the sky back then. I remember wondering at that moment, if I looked strait up, maybe I would be able to see the first star of the night; I use to like wishing on the first star at that age.
As I saluted the sky to block the sunlight while stretching my head back to look strait up, I noticed the first bright star in the sky directly above me. I remember thinking how lucky I was, as I took a moment to search the rest of the sky above me for more stars, but found none. Now I am sure, I had only taken my eyes off the star above me for only a brief moment when I scanned the rest of the sky. Nevertheless, before I could finish assembling my thoughts that were beginning to materialize in my mind about what wish I was going to make, a bright object about the size of a quarter held at arms length was there above me instead.
Before I had time to express my amazement, a huge oval object over twice the size of a house, materialized directly above me, it was floating silently just above the height of the TV aerials, which most of the homes had, back then. It had gone from the size of a quarter to the size of the monster that hovered over me now, in the blink of an eye, without making a sound.
I could not stop my legs from shaking as I stood there paralyzed with fear, I was scared shitless and amazed at the same time, and I could not move as I studied the mirror like surface of the object that had stopped to look me over. It was the first and the last time that I ever remembered experiencing, involuntary body movement. I also remember hearing in my peripheral, the lawn mower that had been going across the street, stop. It was then; that I realized I was not as alone as I felt.
My eyes were glued to the object, and it felt as if time stood still. I could see the whole neighborhood reflected off the curvature of the crafts mirrored surface. The roof of my house was inverted in the objects reflective surface, with the reflected TV aerial, looking like it was close to touching the real thing. What made the whole experience even more surreal was the memory of seeing the sun setting, and the sun setting off the westward rim of the object; it was as if I was watching two sunsets, which is an image that has been burned into my mind, to this day.
It was a huge egg shaped mirror. Those where my last thoughts as I watched it slowly begin to float away from me, silently moving north up the street, while finally gaining altitude as it flew over my school before disappearing from sight.
As soon as I was able to move, I went running screaming my head off into my house, freaking my mother out, she thought at the time I had hurt myself. At first, she refused to believe the incident as I told her. We had a running joke going on in the family back then, where she would tell my brother and me that she was from outer space. My mother thought at first that I might have been influenced by her stories, until she heard the incident reported on the radio. I do not think she was ever able to bring herself to believe the personal nature of the experience that had happened to me, as I had described it to her back then. What adult truly listens to a kid with the same level of belief that they would have with another adult.
Over one hundred people saw this object, including my teacher Mrs. Davis from the school I attended, and it also made the news on the radio as well. It happened in Scarborough, Ont., Canada, about a mile south of the CTV Television Station. I was eight or nine at the time so this incident took place in 1963 or 1964, I cannot remember which.

I am writing a book, which includes some of my life's experiences. One of the experiences I had was a close encounter when I was eight or nine years old. I have decided that I will share an excerpt from my unfinished book of this incident, with the hope that maybe someone reading it, may come forward to collaborate my story.
From The Beginning
I had a habit of looking down at my feet while walking as a child; it was a game I used to play when I was around eight or nine years old. One early evening, I am working my way down the road, heading home after leaving a friends place. I had my head down, looking at my feet as I walked, while keeping the curb insight out of the corner of my eye. The challenge to this game however, was to try and guess how far I had walked, and how close I was getting to my house without cheating by looking up. When I finally stopped and lifted my head, I realized with a smile of triumph that I was standing right in front of my house. Pointe du Chene, New Brunswick A Bright And Sparkly Golden/Yellow Light (UFO)

Location of Sighting: In a wooded trail not far from our house.

Shape of objects: Star-like.
Full Description of event/sighting: My husband and I were walking in a wooded trail with our dog. It was a star lit night with a crescent moon. As we neared the end of the trail, I had a flashlight and I was flashing it at the top of the trees to see if we could spot some bats. It was very dark in the woods and when I would turn the flashlight off, you could not see your hand in front of your face. The trail is adjacent to a field, and as we approached the end of the trail, and coming around a bend, suddenly we both saw a very bright and sparkly golden or yellow light coming towards where we were standing. It seemed to be just above the tree line. I said to my husband, "What's that?", he said, "It's a star", and I said, "But it's moving and it's much too low to be a star". We watched it for about 2 minutes and as it got further away, but not far away, it looked like it shrunk into itself and just disappeared or that it just took off so fast that it looked like it disappeared! Oh yeah, just before it blinked out I flashed my flashlight towards it. Then my husband said, "It must be a plane" and I said, "did you hear any sound"and he said, "No". So we ran into the field and looked for any sign of a plane and there were lots of stars, but no planes. It moved very, very slowly. We were stunned as to what we had just observed. It's the fourth time since 1991 that I saw lights that I would consider to be unidentifiable.

Sackville, Nova Scotia Huge Bright Object Moving Fast

Location of Sighting: Out of my window at home.

Shape of objects: Circle.
Full Description of event/sighting: It was a very bright light (almost looked like a full moon) that moved very quickly and only lasted for a couple of seconds. Almost looked like a shooting star, but it was way too big! My dad and I saw it high in the sky over our home through our patio window in lower Sackville.

Stony Mountain/Anzac, Alberta UFO Appeared Octagonal - With Spider Web Like Lattice

Full Description of event/sighting: First, this is an account I got from my mother, she was the one that witnessed the UFO, but she wasn't sure where she'd report it. Last night at about 2:00 in the morning my mother noticed a red and blue flashing light in the sky. Thinking that it was a low flying airplane, she went back to watching TV.
Ten minutes later, she noticed that the lights were still hovering above a nearby 'mountain' (more of a giant hill, 3-5 KM away). Curious, she got a pair of binoculars, and went upstairs to make sure it wasn't some sort of strange reflection.
When she focused on the object, she saw that it had an octagonal shape, and that it wasn't an airplane at all. She described it to me as having a spider-web like lattice, with red and blue flashing lights strung throughout. She went between the first and second floors to get different angles of coverage, but she was too scared to go outside, or drive nearer.
Over the next hour and a half, she watched it hover over one area, wobbling in the air back and forth. At times, the craft would stand vertically, exposing all the lights and the web lattice, and then it would resume it's horizontal disc shape.
Each time it 'stood', she said it felt like she was being watched.
Unfortunately, she didn't have the presence of mind at the time to try to get an image of it. I would have loved to have seen it myself, even if it was -40C and two in the morning. When I went over to her place today, she was charging up the camcorder in the hope that it'd appear again. I told her to definitely call me if it does. Doubtful, but with any luck, I'll be writing to you Sunday with some crystal-clear video in hand.

Time: Evening.
There are now two orange objects and one flashing. They are solid in color, the two orange ones. They are flashing brightly and seem to close to be stars for sure. Kelowna, British Columbia Orange Colored Object

Time: Evening.
There is now an orange object in the sky. It started out at the end of the pot of the Big Dipper. It is now at the middle of the three stars of the base of the Dipper. It is solid in color and moving towards the other object that's flashing in the colors of red and bright white. I have the telescope on it and it's moving quite fast. I have seen at least three fighters fly by the area in last hour, as well as, , or looked to be satellites. Back in a few!

Time: Evening.
I've sent one message before. Look at the Big Dipper and at the end of the handle there's a bright object moving erratically. There has been four jets leave the area in the last twenty minutes. I have been watching this for last 40 minutes. There's actually two of these in the sky, one at the end of the handle and one below and the very end of the pot. Get back to me if you see this. (name removed) in Kelowna, B.C.
