Orange Lights Observed Over Bracelet Bay Gower Peninsula South Wales UK

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  November 5, 2011

Time:  Evening.

Hi there, as I was at Bracelet Bay with my girlfriend (evening of 5th November), and we had to wait for the bus homewards, we saw, for sure 5 times, orange lights. They seemed to appear from the north, traveling towards sea (south). My guess was they flew above Gower, Southwest Wales-UK.

The lights were orange, not really bright, but constant (no flashing). At first we thought they were fireworks due to the remembrance day fireworks or fighter jets with afterburner on. I’m no expert in aviation, but I do know that planes have bright red, and flashing white lights.

Also the light traveled amongst a steady and linear path, which fireworks never do (curved path). Three of the lights traveled at the same path with intervals of say 5 minutes. The other two were lower on the horizon. The lights faded like, in a fraction of a second, as if they switched off.

Our location was Bracelet Bay. We sat on the parking lot of the restaurant at Mumbles lighthouse, and we looked westwards.

My girlfriend, living in Skewen (Wales), reminded me about the lights this morning, and mentioned she saw the same type of light from her bedroom window (eastbound, looking from Skewen towards Port Talbot) She said the light traveled the same direction, same colour, linear path and vanished after say half a minute.

She said, if you saw it you would be sure it wasn’t fireworks at all. Of course it could be some sort of jet plane (my first thought)but we don’t know if there’s any base around the area.

I’m not saying it was an UFO in a way of spacecraft, but I’m sure it wasn’t fireworks, and for a plane it looked to odd, I mean in the dark one can make out the lights, and they don’t. switch off al in the sudden (my guess).

Hope it was detailed enough, at least it amazed us a bit while we waited for the bus. Fireworks were up here and there, so we had our eyes fixed on the sky. Cheers.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Bright Orange Objects Seen Over Bruce Peninsula Ontario

Date:  August 25, 2012 and September 1, 2012
Time:  9:44 p.m. and 8:47 p.m.

Hi fellows, (Vike Factor Note: There was no photo attached). Attached are pictures we took of bright orange objects over our cottage somewhere between Howdenvale and Pike Bay on Sunset Drive. It was on 25 August 2012 at 9:44 p.m.

My wife and I both saw them. There were 3 of them spaced about half a minute apart. They flew in a straight line at low altitude at about a speed you would expect from a typical Cessna aircraft. They were very close to being over top of us.

The direction was due east coming from in from over Lake Huron.

They were dead quiet. They appeared as a very bright orange light, occasionally changing to a more yellowy-orange.

The real funny thing is that we saw them again, just this weekend on the 1st September 2012 at 8:47 p.m. They were at the same speed and height, but this time they were grouped together in a triangle flight pattern, heading in the opposite direction from last time, (due West).

They flew over to the Lake Huron shore and turned due north and flew off at a quicker speed. They were still whisper quiet.

My wife likes to keep her camera handy, so we got pictures both times. I do have more pictures, but they are all very similar. I had a pair of binoculars, but I was not able to see anything more than these photos show. I hope you find this to be of interest.

Red Light Spotted Twice Over Bonavista Peninsula Newfoundland

Date:  February 5, 2012 and February 11, 2012
Time:  Approx: 9:30 p.m. and approximately 9:00 p.m.

My father seen this similar light at his cabin on February 5, 2012 at approximately 9:30 p.m. His cabin is located on the Bonavista Peninsula. I am a truck driver and after he told me about this I was keeping my eye open all that week, and then on February 11, 2012 I started heading down the Bay d'Espoir Highway at approximately 9:00 p.m.

I noticed this red light out my passenger side window, something that is really out of place and would catch your eye, I pulled off the road at a lookout and watched the light for some 20 minutes. I noticed that the light was moving around the sky like it was hovering there.

I looked at stars in the sky to make sure my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me, but they weren’t. I continued to watch the light move back and forth across the sky and then it just faded away.

I knew it was not a plane as there were 2 planes in the sky at the same time and it looked nothing like a plane.

It seemed like it was very low to the ground.
