6 Glowing Orange Objects In The Sky Over Thunder Bay Ontario

Date:  February 1, 2013
Time:  9:45 p.m.

Hi, it is February 1st, 2013 and I was just leaving my home at 9:45 p.m. in Thunder Bay, Ontario when I looked up and saw 6 orange glowing lights in the sky.

I am not sure what that was, but they all traveled at the same speed and distance from one another, and then vanished.

I watched for at least a minute and had time to called my son to go outside and look up, but they had already disappeared. Do you have any idea of what that could have been?

If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

Also, please feel free to send in your sightings that have happened years ago. So many of these older sightings are nothing short of amazing.

  1. hello, i saw the same thing when i was driving on the hiway between oliver and john. I too called my friends who's house i was going to, to look out the window toward mt.mckay (she and her son saw them). I watched them in a v shape hovering then did a quick sudden extreme turn then they vanished. they weren't planes and I've kept meaning to call the airport to see if other people reported scary...

  2. I am pretty sure I saw the same thing February 1st seemed to be over the health sciences center and just tonight August 16the about 1145 pm got my wife to shoot a video of similar lights closer to the airport direction, then it clicked, that's what I saw over the hospital but more of them? Also one time I saw a silver sphere in the daytime in the pa downtown core are? Maybe someone else saw that.

  3. Hi, I live in Thunder Bay .. I was searching online to see if anything came up to match what I've seen. So far, nothing. Nobody will probably read this but I just want to get this out there. Back in July 2012, my friend and I saw a light in the sky that neither of us have no explanation for other than it being a UFO. It was around 1230AM, we went outside to have a smoke. We saw this bright, white ball of light hovering over the top of the Big Dipper. It must've been there for a few seconds because we were like, "Hey, whys that star so friggin bright?". Then all of a sudden it fell straight down, just below the Big Dipper, hovered there for 2 seconds and then it shot off into the west sky like it wasn't even there! We were so freaked out by it. My heart was racing because I've never seen anything like that before or since then. Like, what kind of aircraft can maneuver that way? The way it moved, made a check mark.
